SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the period underwear must be in unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used or washed items due to hygiene reasons.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorisation number and instructions on how to proceed. Please include your order number and reason for return in your communication.

  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, you may choose to receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding any shipping fees) or exchange the item(s) for a different size or style, subject to availability.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

  5. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within [number of days] days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  6. Exclusions: Please note that certain items, such as final sale or clearance items, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our return criteria or are outside of the specified return period.

  7. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the defect or damage to process your claim.
